Lucas General Contractors builds pavilions with wood post-and-beam framing and tongue-and-groove ceilings; roof options include thatch, shingle, or metal panels so you get the look and durability that suit your property.

What We Build

• Pavilions with thatch roofs — Natural or synthetic thatch for a classic look. Great for coastal and tropical settings.
• Pavilions with shingle roofs — Architectural shingles for a residential look and long life in rain and sun.
• Pavilions with metal roofing panels — Metal panels (e.g. Tuff Rib) for durability and minimal upkeep. We build the structure and install the panels as the roof system.

Materials & Build Quality

We use wood post-and-beam construction. Ceilings are tongue-and-groove. Roofs are thatch, shingle, or metal panels—we'll recommend based on your location, style, and maintenance preferences. Framing is built for wind and load. We can coordinate permits and engineering as needed.
